Getting There

In the interest of making sure everyone stays safe while we celebrate, we will be providing two shuttles that run from the Archer Hotel to the wedding venue and back at the end of the night.

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to listed time—we would hate for you to be left behind! The ride takes 30 minutes.

We will be dressed formally, and would love to see you looking your best as well! No need to bust out your tuxedo, but please do not wear jeans.

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we recommend bringing a warm layer. Based on the last several years, we’re expecting cloudy skies, little to no precipitation (knock on wood!), and temperatures between the low 50s and mid 60s.

Thursday Evening (Oct 3)

7:45 - 10:00 p.m.
We’ll be at the Archer Hotel bar. Come say hello! (It won’t be an open bar—we’re saving that for the wedding!)

Friday Afternooon (Oct 4)

3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Come out to Marymoor Park to snack, mingle and play lawn games. We’ll be at the Velodrome Picnic Shelter near parking lot I. (map, pdf)

Sunday Morning (Oct 6)

9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Got some extra time before you have to take off? Say your goodbyes at Redmond’s Downtown Park. BYOBreakfast and coffee!
